How do I install Insert Image?
- After clicking the “Add to Firefox” button you will notice a bar at the top of your browser window. Click “Allow” to download Insert Image.
Next an installation box will appear on your page. Click “Install Now” to install Insert Image.
Finally the Add-ons Box will appear on your page. Click “Restart Firefox” to complete the installation process.
How do I configure Insert Image?
- In the Firefox Menu go to Tools then click on Add-ons in the dropdown menu. Locate Insert Image in your list of Extensions and click on Options. (When the image bar is viewable there is also a direct link to “Settings” from the Insert Image slide up Menu.) Then you simply authenticate as directed for each Image Host that you want to use with Insert Image.
*After authenticating you may have to refresh the web page if the image bar is viewable on the page your are on. This will reload the image bar and the images from the the Image Host(s) you authenticated with.
Who uses Insert Image?
Anyone who uses an Image Host like Flickr, Photobucket, and Imageshack to upload their images to, and links to those images from other sites.
